Value Chain teams consist of four key entities: Industrial processes, production, supply chain, and logistics. Together, they collaborate to manufacture and deliver the marvels of sports. As an integral part of the Value Chain Head of Communication's team, your role as the event and communication manager is pivotal. You will oversee the event calendar for all these entities, ensuring smooth organization, and bolster internal communication to strengthen team cohesion. 

 Responsibility 1: Value Chain Event Manager 

Develop and implement a robust event strategy for the Value Chain, guiding each entity in crafting their own strategies.

Ensure coherence in the global events calendar and provide coordination and support for all Value Chain events. 

Curate engaging, inspiring, and informative event content. 

Collaborate with external partners to facilitate seamless event collaboration and execution. 

Devise and execute communication plans tailored for each event. 

Monitor event budgets and strategize cost-effective approaches to maximize impact. 

Manage event logistics, including obtaining quotes and maintaining a venue database.

Keep abreast of event trends, tools, and innovations for continuous improvement.

Responsibility 2: Develop and Implement Internal Communication Strategies:

Design and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the Value Chain's needs and priorities.

Foster awareness and understanding of Value Chain scopes among various audiences through accessible and empowering narratives.

Propose innovative ideas to enhance accessibility and cultivate a sense of belonging within the teams.

Collaborate with local communication teams to produce engaging content such as newsletters, presentations, and announcements.

Maintain and update various communication channels (newsletters, website, videos, etc.).

Ensure timely distribution of communication materials, considering deadlines and other subdomain communications.

Innovate and improve communication tools and supports for enhanced effectiveness.

Measure and Analyze Communication Effectiveness:

Establish metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.

Analyze data and insights to identify areas for communication strategy and tactic optimization.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize all events for maximum impact and engagement.

In summary, as the event and communication manager within the Value Chain, your role is instrumental in orchestrating successful events, fostering internal cohesion, and continuously refining communication strategies for enhanced effectiveness and engagement.


Profil recherché

Proven experience (5 years) in internal communication roles and event.


Confirmed proficiency in spoken and written English.


Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.


Experience in project management and executing communication campaigns from conception to implementation.
