The position

Job description

Bramble Ski part of  Le Collectionist is looking for the best Chalet Hosts to join our teams in the Alps next winter.

Chalet Hosts give outstanding service to our guests and look after our incredible properties. Duties range from cooking breakfast when required, daily housekeeping to the highest standards, front-of-house duties including serving the guests’ meals and drinks, to lighting fires and ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay.

As a Chalet Host you will need to have a experience in one or many of the following sectors; luxury ski chalet companies, top-end events and catering companies, luxury hotels, super yachts or luxury barges and can demonstrate the ability to clean to the highest standard.

Cooking experience is a real asset, and you will receive training at the start of the season on Bramble breakfast menus and how to prepare them the Bramble way.

The position is a richly rewarding role which will be demanding at times, meaning candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to work well in a team, and also alone, using their initiative to think ahead.

Above else, Bramble Ski part of  Le Collectionist are looking for dedicated, professional and passionate individuals who will look after guests in the utmost discreet and luxury manner.


Preferred experience

  • You must possess an EU/Swiss passport or a valid work/residency permit for the country you are applying to work in

  • You are available to work full time from the end of November 2024 to the end of April 2025

  • You are fluent in English. French or German is an asset

  • We are looking for serious, hardworking candidates who love the mountains

  • You must either have a recognised qualification in hospitality and/or, minimum of 2 years’ experience working in luxury hospitality sector

  • Cooking experience in a professional kitchen, completion of a recognized cookery course or catering for large groups would be beneficial

  • You can show excellent cleaning experience in the hospitality sector
