We drive end-to-end data integration and advanced analytics across various domains, including pre-clinical, biomarkers, process development, CMC, and clinical. Join our Data and Computational Sciences team as a Data Modeler and help make it happen!

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business needs into conceptual and logical data models
• Define and structure domain data, owning domain data maps, business glossaries, and data models
• Establish a foundational, harmonized mRNA data model at a conceptual and logical level, prioritizing data segments for key use cases
• Drive, coordinate, and document changes on logical and conceptual data models, collaborating with the Digital team for proper implementation
• Coordinate with sub-domain data leads, mRNA data stewards, and source system owners to ensure correct data mappings
• Evaluate impacts of core systems data model changes on the mRNA data continuum, promoting necessary adaptations

About you

• Experience in data modeling within the biotech/pharma Research, Process Development, and/or Manufacturing context
• Experience with SQL for creating Views/Data Marts to support dashboards/visualizations
• Experience mapping source data systems into centralized data repositories, preferably with knowledge of Snowflake
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices is a plus
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical resources and domain experts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written), knowledge of French is a plus
