Join us as a Consolidation Manager to spearhead the creation of our consolidation department. You'll work closely with Marjorie, our Head of Accounting and consolidation, guiding Qonto through its most critical financial consolidation phase.



👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Consolidation Specialist at Qonto, you will:


I° Consolidation:

• Internalize Qonto IFRS consolidation, currently managed by our external provider

• Implement the quarterly Qonto IFRS consolidation (changing scope, intercompany reconciliation, Cashflow Statement, Equity, OCI, IFRS entries)

• Define the closing calendar and the closing instructions, and share them with the Accounting and FP&A teams

• Produce the Qonto IFRS consolidated financial statements (including disclosures)

• Coordinate the audit of the IFRS consolidated financial statements


II° Accounting standards: 

• Monitor IFRS accounting regulations for Qonto, foreseeing impacts on budgeting and long-term plans (in particular IFRS 9)

• Support the finance teams in understanding and implementing IFRS standards

• Implement and keep updated the accounting group standard manual


III° Ad-hoc projects:

• Realise the annual impairment test (Goodwill)

• Lead the integration of future M&A targets into our consolidation practices, ensuring alignment with IFRS and French GAAP

• Participate in the foreseeing impact of any operational development (new features, new product launch, etc.)

• Participate in the implementation of a new ERP

🏅 About You:


• Experience in financial consolidation within a listed company or large family group

• Proficiency in IFRS & French GAAP, with a solid background in audit and financial reporting

• Demonstrated ability to build or significantly contribute to a consolidation department

• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts in simple terms

• Proactive and autonomous, with a knack for problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration

• Fluent in both French and English
